Submit DRB/ARC Request

 
Documents you will need when submitting a request…

1. A description of the materials to be used. Include brochures and samples if available.
2. A listing of the colors with color samples and/or brochure.
3. A layout and/or plans for the project.
4. Additional materials that will clarify the request.
5. Location of the project.  Any additional helpful information such as photographs, landscaping layout, etc. 

 

A Plat Plan showing the location of the project must be submitted for your project to qualify for consideration. 
 
You should have a copy of your Plat in your closing documents. A copy plat can be obtained at the Design Center. Or, you can obtain a copy from Dorchester County.

6. Gather your documents and scan them to make electronic copies. Documents need to be a Pdf or Jpeg (image) file to upload.
7. Click on the Submit link below or visit CresswindAtThePonds.ConnectResident.com and log into your account.
8. Once logged in, click on 'Architectural Modifications' and complete the application.
 
Once your application has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from the Architectural Review Committee.
